Our Mission: Clarity in a Noisy Supplement Market
The U.S. supplement industry is worth over $55 billion a year, and it is largely unregulated at the product-claim level. That means a lot of marketing noise and a lot of quiet uncertainty for the people trying to protect their health — especially men and women over 40, who are the primary audience for the categories we cover (prostate, joints, sleep, cognition, cardiovascular, metabolic).
Healthify exists to filter that noise. We read the ingredient labels, look for published research, compare dosing to what has actually been studied, and flag products whose claims outrun their evidence. If you disagree with us, we want to hear why — that is how the reviews get better.

What We Can — and Cannot — Help With
Healthify is an editorial site. We publish evidence-based commentary on supplements and lifestyle. We are not a clinic, and our staff is not providing individualized medical advice.
- We can explain the evidence behind an ingredient, discuss how a review was scored, address editorial concerns, and help you understand our methodology.
- We cannot diagnose, prescribe, recommend a supplement for your specific condition, or interpret lab results. For those, talk to your physician.

Editorial Standards
Healthify operates under a written editorial policy that you can read on our About page. Two principles worth restating here:
- Affiliate compensation does not influence scores. Products we are paid to feature and products we are not are scored on the same rubric, and we disclose every affiliate relationship on the page.
- Corrections are published, not quietly deleted. When we get something wrong, we log it in our corrections record.
